These notes describe what the research did and did not establish on the checked date. Historical labels, conflicts and manufacturer claims are identified as such.

• Version resolution changed: the earlier canonical record covered an unidentified current liquid; it now specifically selects Strawberry liquid 4 fl oz (119 mL), manufacturer professional SKU RUS-56780, barcode 768990567803, and manufacturer-displayed label Rev. L2. Other flavors, sizes, softgels and Children's DHA Xtra are distinct variants and are not collapsed into this record.
• The previous traceable target was a historical 4 fl oz Strawberry label, Rev. H-02, with the same UPC; NIH DSLD ID 188877 says that historical label was entered 2019-02-25 and marked Off Market on 2019-07-05: https://dsld.od.nih.gov/label/188877. That historical status is not evidence that the current Rev. L2 version is discontinued or in stock. Current amounts and ingredients are read directly from Rev. L2, not transferred from H-02.
• The professional product's generic strawberry Supplement Facts block is tagged for the 8 oz SKU RUS-02723 and says 96 servings; it is not the 4 oz label. The exact linked 4 oz Rev. L2 panel says 48 servings.
• The pro structured variant reports availableForSale true on 2026-11-06, but current marketing is distinct from a stock guarantee, an actual purchase or successful fulfillment. The public manufacturer family page displays $21.95 without an unambiguous pack association in the extracted page; do not assign it to the 4 oz bottle. The $19.95 professional-site MSRP is not a checkout price; no exact subscription terms were established.
• The bottle panel says ages 1+; the manufacturer family page describes ages 1–6. The label directions are presented as manufacturer instructions, not individualized medical advice.
